PINKO: FALL/WINTER COLLECTION 2019/2020

Pinko, for their fall/winter collection of 2019/2020, decided to concentrate on a few essential characteristics, common to many pieces, but with many variations. Flowy fabrics and combinations of more materials, floral patterns and pleatings are common to the entire new collection, whereas the designs vary from structured to soft, with asymmetrical touches. But what else is new?

Puffer Jackets and Coats
Pinko’s jackets have clean, essential lines, with asymmetrical fastenings, pockets and rever collars. For the elegant fabrics, on the other hand, the design is much more casual, like in the tweed coats or the lurex combinations. Puffer jackets on the other hand are characterized by fur details and oversized cuts with laminated touches.

Blazers and Sweaters
There are different styles of Pinko blazers, great for every occasion. A new addition are biker jackets, created by combining leather and elastic technical fabrics. As for classical pieces, on the other hand, there are many blazers with an essential style as well as with the combination of more delicate fabrics and lace. There are also double-breasted blazers in denim and sequins with a masculine cut and the denim cape.
As for sweaters, the oversized style leads on with cardigans, ideal to wear over lingerie oe light t-shirts, full of details with braids and ribs and very extravagant colours. There are also more minimal and elegant sweaters, usually in lurex, as bodysuits or long. The sweatshirt style, on the other hand, recalls the classical rebellious style by Pinko.


Shirts, Blouses, Tops and t-shirts

Both shirts and blouses have a classical cut, they are created with light fabrics and are rich of graffiti or floral prints. Whereas the classical shirts, are enriched by jewelled details on the collars. Very originali s the satin shirt with kimono sleeves.
As for tops and t-shirts the new collection is characterized by: sleeveless bodysuits with floral embroideries in see through lace and sequins on the straps; t-shirts made out of biological cotton, rich of details and prints, models made for the Pinko x Treedom project, with which it’s possible to plant trees in Kenya.

Dresses
The dresses typical of the fall/winter collection 2019/2020 are usually thigh-length, but there are also long dresses created by combining flared skirts and tight tops. The shorter dresses, on the other hand, are tight, with V necklines, in different styles and with different embroideries, usually floral. Something very original as well is the high waisted Jumpsuit.
 

Skirts, Trousers and Jeans
The skirts in this collection are long, pleated and in tulle, whereas miniskirts have tight silhouettes full of lace, floral embroideries and ruffles.
The trousers are divided into classical, high waisted and sporty, made of technical fabrics.
As for jeans, on the other hand, there’s a vast choice: from skinny cuts to flared and palazzo ones.
